Exchanges

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied you can exchange any product by Size within a maximum period of 15 days from the date you received it. If you wish to exchange your item for another model or color, you must return the item and place a new order.

Exchanges Conditions

We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached.

Products must be in their original packaging. Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times. Receipt must be attached with merchandise. Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery. SALE merchandise is not eligible for exchange. Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once. Exchanges shipping and handling costs will be paid by the customer. Exchange an item or an entire order Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@thecolorwear.com to reserve the new desired size. If this size is not available, we will refund you the amount for said garment within a period of 10 and 20 business days. Complete the enclosed Exchange & Returns form; indicating which item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason why. Insert the Exchange & Returns form (2 copies) with the item(s) you wish to exchange in the original packaging. Arrange a pick-up with the same delivery service that the order was sent with. THE COLOR WEAR is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit upon the receipt of the item. Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt and inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange. We’ll let you know by email if your request meets the conditions listed if so the change will be processed within 3 and 5 business days after we received the items. If not, the package will be sent back to you.

Returns

The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made. The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase. Warranty

If the item you purchased presents a quality problem and you complied with care and washing recommendations THE COLOR WEAR will repair or change the product. To request a repair or exchange due to quality reasons please email us at customerservice@thecolorwear.com with a brief explanation and photography evidence. Once we have received the information you will received an email indicating if the repair or exchange proceeds. Please complete the enclosed Exchange & Returns form; indicating which item(s) you are sending back and the reason why, arrange a pick-up with the same delivery service that the order was sent with and insert the Exchange & Returns form (2 copies) with the item(s) in the original packaging. Upon receipt of your package, if repair is applicable we will email you with the approximated repair time. If not we will proceed with refund within 10 and 20 business days from reception of the items at our warehouse.

Warranty Conditions

We only received quality request within a maximum period of 15 days from the date you received your order. Customer must complied with care and washing recommendations. Merchandise that has been in contact with bleach, chemical products or any corrosive products that may deteriorate fabrics are not eligible for warranty. Products modified by customer are not eligible for warranty. Merchandise that has been in contact with accessories like rings, bracelet that may cause damage to fabrics is not eligible for warranty. We don’t refund shipping and handling costs. Exchanges shipping and handling costs will be paid by the customer. Once you have received the product you have a maximum period of 5 days for claims related to missing products, products not corresponding to the requested or defective products please email us at customerservice@thecolorwear.com with a brief explanation of your request.
